Yes, many people hate Heroic PVEs. This is because you are limited to using a small amount of weak characters, while the enemies are able to use very strong characters.

But what about Heroic PVPs? We could limit the characters everyone would use, and that would place them on the same level. You could even exclude all 5s, so 4s are the best characters.

This would be better than the PVE, because there wouldn’t be any crazy scaling, as everyone would have access to the same set of characters at the same level. It would be a good change to the regular PVPs to do this every now and then.

I wouldn’t mind it but I think everyone who relies on a big fat OML would be up in arms. maybe offseason? and baking would be made a bit tougher. scores would likely be considerably lower, meaning those that barely get that 1K or 1300 might struggle to duplicate the same for this.

Heroics all have 1*s that are usable. CCs live another day!
