Day 31x and completely f2p. Today I woke to find myself sandboxed and removed from my alliance. If you could fix that, I would very much appreciate it.

Edit: day 324 even! WTF?

First they sandbox Twista.
Then they sandbox Ghast.
What do they have against forum members that write good posts?

The sandboxing function should definitely look at how long someone has been in the game. It’s possible for someone to get a good roster after playing 324 days.

Ghast is sandboxed? This can’t be right. We need posters, a mob, and some Red Robins before we start the next protest rally.

Ghast : had you gathered 1 million Iso or anything exceptional in your roster like 100 chars or something ?

Twysta, Ghast : are you both on Steam ?

I’m starting to freak out really.

Sandboxing is where they take you out of the general player pool and force you to play by yourself, essentially. You are dropped from your alliance, no one can attack you, you can’t cause anyone to lose points, etc.

It is generally done to suspected cheaters.

I know, but since Twysta and Ghast are not cheaters, it would be good to understand why they were sandboxed.

Twysta had a million ISO, which probably triggered some flags…

Fixed. I can’t/won’t get into the particulars of it, but basically an edge case scenario that should have gone one way went the other in regards to cheat detection. Upside is that it’s handled and we can see where things popped. Downside is that it happened in the first place.

If Colognsieur didn’t get sandboxes then it can’t be the number of characters you have or how much resources you have.

I’m guessing it’s likely triggered for winning games too fast.
