They are dominaria boosters with increased chance of getting rares and mythics. It seems they can contain any historic card from the set
Yes, the boosters from the bundle are effectively historic only cards. This would include only a handful of commons that are artifacts - but the vast majority are uncommon rarity and better!
did anyone else get the light bundle when paying for the best one?
