We are a casual alliance currently seeking new members.
Our only rules are:
If you’re going to be gone for a while, let us know.
Miss 3 days in a row, get a warning. After 4 days you will be kicked.
Miss 10 of 15 consecutive days and you will be kicked.
We track event performance and periodically will kick people with consistently low contributions. PvE is weighted more heavily (60/40) in our participation formula.
We are generally in the top 250 on PvPs/PvEs/Seasons, and have broken top 100 a few times as well. Our main goal is continuous improvement without stressing out members, and we have consistently done so with each roster adjustment.

I know you said you were a casual Alliance, but you also mention that you periodically kick players for diminishing returns, about where do you draw the line? Myself and my girlfriend are looking for a more active Alliance, but don’t necessary have the desire to be in a top Alliance. If you’d like to look at our rosters, my username is “gothickratos” and hers is “kailurrr” (without the parenthesis). We’re both currently in an Alliance, but we are not happy with the returns, considering we both consistently earn more points than our other Alliancemates combined lol.
To be honest, we haven’t had to go there at all yet. Essentially, if we see someone who is consistently not contributing at all or contributing very little (just enough to remain active via our other rules), we would kick them.
