A pairing I like is Multipleman/5Coulson/4Carol5
Same reason as above - MM creates heaps of dupes, Coulson creates a million countdowns - carol buffs the buffington out of the dupes.

I think there was another I was missing from this… but forgot. Happy Tuesday.
I can’t say I’ve had much trouble facing Mephisto with Multiple Man. The dupes overwrite the hell fire tiles. With DD in tow there’s true healing constantly so I can’t remember whether over writing the hell fire tiles actually procs them, and I’m a soft capped team punching up 150 levels usually when I see Mephisto.
Apart from the obvious option of Chasm, I like Onslaught as my 3rd. It’s nice to nuke the TU tiles occasionally so you can’t clog the board and accidentally end your near-infinite combo prematurely.
