As I assumed, he was a full set-length exclusive similar to exclusive cards. He’s available for crystals this coming Thursday with Core hitting this Tuesday.
He is on same level with bolas. More flexible, but on some nodes restricted to just one color. At least there are a lot of two and three color spells make him strong anyway.
