How to change username?

Hi, all.
Does anyone know how to change the username on the PVP events? Kind of regret my current choice. icon_rolleyes.gif

When I got my account linked between the PC and Mobile versions (yay beta!) I asked for it, and the support reply was that changing usernames isn’t possible right now. They expect to add the feature in the future, but right now, no dice.
