With all the other hullabaloo, I didn’t see any discussion on how everyone did on the Bagman event. I’m curious to know if anyone was able to champ him or not.
Me, I placed in the top 50 so I was able to net one of each color. Sadly, that left me with a 5/3/4 with 2 purple on the vine.
And unfortunately the won’t swap out one of my purples so I can champ him even considering his rarity.
Didn’t have him rostered, ended up with six covers. After playing with him, really not inclined to waste the HP on a slot, better served towards daily deal pulls.
I have 9 covers sitting in my queue right now. I was wondering whether he was going to be changed/buffed or something that would make rostering him worthwhile. Not that I want any hero on my team that wears a paper bag and a Kick Me sign.

Ended up max champing him at 144; sold him off to help champ Medusa, also earned enough covers from event to start another 2/2/1 Bags. There really is no point to keeping a fully loaded Bags. The event showed how negligible his presence truly is in his game.
I got 6 total covers which was enough to finally max-champ for the LT (was 2 covers short for what seemed like months). Then I sold off the max-champ and recruited a new one. With the random cover I got from Nefarious Foes today he’s now at 2/2/1.
I’m a bit of a completionist so I really want to champ him. Just to have him sit in my roster. Makes me feel prestigious.

Had him at 5/1/5 at the start of the tournament. Got two blues as random drops, so all the reward covers became champion levels!
This event allowed me to champ my Bagman for the second time. Whee!
I didn’t score many points, somewhere around 600. Won around 5-6 bagman covers… more than I won all of last year and this year combined. So it was a big success. Hopefully more bagman chances soon!
Five or six covers because I also netted a couple from token pulls. Level 140 now. Almost there.

Years ago, I built up the useless Bagman to max cover- way before championing was a thing.
Came back at the beginning of the year. Sold it for the roster space. Now I have a full roster- this event got him up to 533.
I champed him (had him at 13 covers but L15 as I had never put ISO into him) and applied 6 champ levels from the covers I won. Now my plan is to max champ him instead of selling covers.

just got my bagman to 144 a bit before the announcement so that event didn’t interest me. would take too long to farm another one.
I already had a level 15 Bagman sitting at 13 covers for a long time now. I have no idea how many of his covers I sold but I have no common sense so I champed him at the start of the event and now he’s level 106. Free Legendary Token…here I come…
Champed him thanks to placement rewards; not sure if i should be happy about that 
I think I played two or three matches total. Good lord, he’s bad, so that got old fast. One of my alliance-mates went all out, though, and got him champed from 4 or 5 covers, I think. I got one extra cover from Alliance placement, so mine went from one cover to three.
Mine went from 11 or 12 covers, to level 102 so trophy champ is a go
Between the PvP and covers from tokens, I was able to champ my rostered Bagman plus level him up to 98.
