Not so much a bug as an improvement that was made for other characters. Currently, the passive for The Hulk (The Main Event) can swap two tiles of the same color which makes for a waste of the swap.
Yep. Random is random.
… unless one of the tiles is an enemy countdown tile, which you can now match away.
Of course, like anything about random swaps, even this can cut both ways.
