I wouldn’t mind seeing Bob from Hydra as a new 1* character.
I wonder what Bobs skillset would be:
Retreat!!! (passive)
When Bob’s on the team you can retreat without fear.
Level 1 - When retreating Bob doesn’t lose health
Level 2 - Additionally other characters retreat life loss penalty is lower by 20%
Level 3 - Penalty of other characters is lower by 60%
Level 4 - There’s no penalty
Level 5 - There’s actually true healing applied when retreating, recovering 5% of health for all

Bob tries to handle nearby parked aircraft. Who knows what will happen?
Level 1 - There’s 50% chance the aircraft damages enemy team by 300. If it fails Bob takes 100 damage
Level 2 - The damage is increased to 500 to enemy team.
Level 3 - Bob now takes only 75 damage if it fails
Level 4 - There’s additional 20 % chance that random enemy character gets downed instantly. But also 5% chance that Bob downs his own comrade
Level 5 - 30% chance of downing random enemy character. 10% chance of downing Bob
Hail Hydra (passive)
Bob shouts Hail Hydra leaving the enemy team laughing at him and therefore stunned
Level 1 - When there’s more than 3 enemy special tiles on the board at the beginning of turn a random enemy character get stunned for 1 turn
Level 2 - Only 2 enemy special tiles are needed
Level 3 - Enemy character gets stunned for 2 turns
Level 4 - 2 characters are stunned
Level 5 - Whole enemy team gets stunned for 1 turn, and their special tiles disappear
