Today’s (3/10) Behemoth Burrito made me use a team I never would have thought of. Kudo’s to developer for showing me something new.
Wasp/3Falcon/2Bullseye
Falcon and Bullseye fill the screen with defense tiles by matching purple, match yellow to have Falcon’s passive boost them, use Wasp’s yellow to turn them into attack tiles and boost them some more… with a lowly level 70 Wasp I was doing 3500 damage per match-3 after that little combo.
That’s synergy.
I know – I took a look at the team and said “wha?” Then I figured out that you pop all those shields, then flip them with Wasp, and then start hitting for thousands of points per match. And things ended quickly, and violently…
Yeah and when the teams were announced, people looked at this one and wondered how it was going to do any damage. Of course that was before Wasp and Falcon’s buffs, but you’ve got to hand it to the devs, this was a fun little team.
Speaking of fun 2/3/4 teams…Torch/Fist/Carol. Torch’s green CD triggers carols passive. Every. Single. Turn. I had a 12,000 damage attack tile out in combined arms. 
People hate Wasp, but she can be a beast with the right teammates.
True, unless you get hit by a bad board with practically no purple. I made it anyway, but with just one standing at the end

That sounds like great synergy, but I got stuck with a red and blue heavy board and it took me forever. Only matches I could make that weren’t red or blue was usually black so I had to slog through and fire wasp black twice.
It was the ultimate turn-around. A bunch of sturdy defense tiles protecting me while I gathered the AP for Wasp to flip them into strikes and attack. I don’t know if this exact team would work in PvP against champed 4-stars, but I’d like to champ Wasp now and give PvE a go.
Yeah, but most teams are vulnerable to bad boards. In a match where you can pick her teammates, just bring Switch and Falcon instead and gen your own.
Goon nodes… Use C4ge if you’ve got him high enough. Then your board doesn’t even matter bc he drops shields every time they drop a CD tile.
wasp and falcon are now a great combo
you really don’t even want an active blue power on the team
Thing is, it’s a team no-one will use outside of Balance of Power.
Still I guess the point was to make you think. Wasp would work well with 4* Falcon, certainly.
i dont like spidey but wont he be better instead of bullseye?
Spidey only does it when you match pink (but they’re stronger). Bullseye does it when anyone matches pink.
Problem there is that Sam also needs yellow AP to make shields. Wasp has unfortunate color overlap with many protect tile makers.
3* falcon is a much better wasp pair than 4* falcon.
I haven’t tested it, but it seems like you’d want to use all your green AP to create multiple Torch countdowns rather than use it to power them. More countdown tiles equals more buffs for IF’s attack tile, right?
My go to for the Meet Rocket & Groot PVE is going to be Starlord / Wasp / 3* Falcon. Only missing green, no power overlap, damage from red, purple, and black. And Wasp’s 3 AP Yellow following on from Falcon’s 7 AP purple. Falcon and Wasp both contributing countdowns for SL red.
