I know that I’ll earn 2 Gwenpool covers during “Enemy of the State” and I don’t think I’ll be able to champ these 3 four stars (I don’t farm 2*)
If You have to sell covers, which character would you sacrifice ?

Though one in a way. Before the change Kate would be a simple answer - she is great on her own. But she will rotate out of the tokens very soon so you are looking at one LT as a champion rewards and then you have to favorite her (she is not that good to take precedent over Hulkbuster or Iceman on that list).
If you are considering getting more champions rewards then Gwenpool is a bit better then spider-woman. I don’t like them both.
The changes mean that champing characters that you don’t have plans to use a lot and which are vaulted is kind of bad strategy. That makes this choice hard because Kate is the most solid of the three but also the soonest-vaulted. So you have to ask yourself if you feel like you would add Kate as a favorite once she rotates out.
Kate is fun to play and pretty good. Champ her if you have to choose one.

I don’t think I’ll add her as a favorite for a long time.
I chose Cyclops 'cause his next level will bring me a LT.
When it’s done, I’ll choose Star-Lord… And so on.
I’d definitely do Gwen as she will be in the tokens for quite awhile. As for the other two Kate is better but she’s gone from tokens soon. Jessica will be in them for 3-4 more seasons so you will get more levels for her. I’d be a little torn between those two.
I’m personally not planning on champing Jessica as I feel I will have the covers to champ all the new heroes but I need to start working on the ISO debt and she will be gone from the covers too soon. I’m going to work on champing the heroes from Gwen on since I already have cage champed.
Still 8 days to go before losing my first Spider-Woman cover.
Got 480 000 ISO.
If I could find this damn Medusa yellow cover, my problems would be solved

My first Spider-Woman expires in 4 days and I pulled a Wasp cover, this morning.
What if I sold my Jessica Drew covers and champed Kate Bishop instead ?
I would still have 11 days to find 476 000 ISO (for Gwen and Janet). Not easy but doable, I think… Don’t You ?
Just remember that Ultron will be running which will dry up the ISO resources available for a couple days.

I would probably just focus on characters you have a better chance of getting more covers for down the road from tokens. Which means Kate is the one to drop. You can always get her the next time she is a progression reward in PVE if you really like her.
I’m in the same place. I was stuck between Star Lord and Spider Woman, but thank the Gods that Ultron drops the last cover I need before the other two.
But when buying the Hawkeye vault I pulled a Kate cover…so now I have Spider Woman and 4* Hawkeye sat waiting and not enough ISO to do them both.
I wanna champ Kate, but she’d need more ISO since she’s level 188 right now. Spider Woman’s 209.
Ugh, I feel I’d use Kate more, but the vaulting does make me feel like in the long run she’d be harder to power up.
