I just opened 10 items from the Puzzle Vault, including 5* Leapfrog, but no new Leapfrog is in my Supports

I had to sell off 2 ascended characters to afford the 10X draw because I really wanted the 5 version. I already have the 3* version*.* I saw the 5* Leapfrog card display in the middle of my pulls, but no notifications of the higher level support appeared. After all of my draws were complete, I went to my support screen and all I could find was my previous 3* version.

I would really like to get that 5*.

You won’t get a second Leapfrog support.

What should have happened is the 3 star Leapfrog should now be R5. You may have to manually level up the support to R5.

I spent all of the shards I had and was able to level my Leapfrog up to 150/150. But it caps there at 150 and still says 3*.

Two different things to be aware of here:

  1. for all these puzzle gauntlet vaults: there is no Rank 5 support in the vault. It’s a token for a store that has a low % chance of pulling a rank 5 version, with a default of a rank 3 version guaranteed. You can get the same token twice from playing the puzzle gauntlet as well. This is the same format every season.

  2. this specific puzzle gauntlet is bugged. You pulled that token, but there is no actual store that was launched when the puzzle Gauntlet went live. So you can’t use the token(s). This is why everyone got a rank 3 leapfrog support and an advanced support token for free last week. This is a unique situation for this season.

I see. Okay. Thank you. I got a cool draw from a puzzle gauntlet before that landed me a 5 Chimichanga pull and so I was excited to try for another 5* support.
