Who do I speak to about getting the same character 3 times in a row
I’ve had a cover for Thor 3 times in a row now and none for the colour I need
This is not random , the odds of this happening are amazingly high
I cannot use any of these covers so I’d like to have some kind of compensation better than a 1000 ISO
I’m sure there must be a way to solve this
Its unfortunately just part of the game. Sometimes you get lucky when drawing a cover, and other times, you get 3 of the same character that you cant use (or don’t want). I don’t think there is anything that customer service can do for you. Just keep plugging away.. it sucks, but hopefully it will equal out for you in the long run. I will agree that the ISO amounts for sold 4 and 5 star covers is a bit on the low side though.

Statistically speaking, this will happen to someone from time to time. This time, it happened to you.
Regrettably any time that a random result in involved, you may receive a reward you do not wish to receive. Support and the forums will not be able to change that.
