Who are you guys pairing with Mystique? I really like her move-set, but find her awkward to pair with others.

Same here. It started me off with all 166/290/166’s but now looks more like previous event’s MMR now that I’ve skipped a few. (My max character is 110…and that’s Hulk, so maxed 3 star teams aren’t happening at the moment).

In 2-star land, she’s my favorite 3rd for Stormneto. Depending on the board, you can play it as traditional CStorm/MNMags with Mystique being a black outlet and damage sink; you can Winfinite; or you can use Mystique’s purple and black combined with Storm’s green for AP gain/control while still having one hefty damage skill for each character. It’s probably not reliable enough to trade punches with maxed 3-stars, though.

I started slice 4 as it began and got seed teams all the way to 180 points.

I just ran two rounds with Patch & Blade. No good yellow in that team, though. Might think about Patch & Cage.

I’m going to be shooting for 100-300 (Hawkeye for Ultron event, in case all avengers are needed) so you’re welcome to all the people who get to hit the lvl 40 3* team I’m going to leave on defense after I climb to 575.

yes, kinda bummed I recently sold my ** cap. my *** is nowhere near ready for play but I keep needing roster spaces dangit… really hope not having a cd controlling cap doesn’t bite me in the rear for the ultron event.

^ I’m in the same boat, no seed teams, maxed out *** (aside from the featured), matches that eat health packs, the ai keeps pulling cascades out of its @ss and covers for a char I don’t normally even use.

If I wasn’t in it for the 10 pack prize I wouldn’t even bother entering it…dafaq is this, right off the bat I get this crap when I’m trying to fight using ** chars?

What happened to last event’s matchmaking, where I actually faced teams my own caliber?

This is a real slog, I don’t like it at all. Wolveroach needs only 436 more points for the 10-pack. This event makes me not want to bother.

And in general, the events have been more difficult this season. Last few seasons the Roaches ultra-casual alliance has managed 5 or 6 hitting 4k. This season we’ll be lucky to get 2, and they’re both me.

It’s a grind and not fun.

edit: Wolveroach sticks with it and climbs to #197 on 167 points. There’s someone shielded at #198 on 166. Whafu?
