I'm an idiot: How do I turn off email notifications from Forum?

I’ve looked in my Profile, preferences, everywhere and can’t figure out how to turn off email notifications from this forum. I’m sure I’m missing something simple but can’t find it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think you’re on the right track. Go to Profile, then the Preferences tab (far right tab with a little gear icon), then the Emails sub-tab (fourth from the left with a little envelope icon). Don’t forget to “Save Changes”.
