Since I tried the support link via IOS, I posted on facebook and searched the net for any solution, I finally found this forum - hope to find help here.
Since I updated my IPhone 4 today to IOS 7.1, the game crashes on loading screen back out to the IPhone menu.
Right now I updated it to R49, hoping this might solve the problem - but everything stays the same. Can’t login to the game.
The thing that upsets me most, besides not being able to play, is the loss of progress in the HULK event, where I already reached the top 200, and also
got more than 120k points… willing to reach the 160k.
Please let me know what to do to get a workaround.
I also tried to install it via steam, but no idea how to connect both accounts so I could play on via PC…
hey guys of D3 - it would be really nice to hear from you, since I played the game over 30 days in a row, and I am loosing the progress and daily rewards…
is it possible to connect the IOS Game Version with the steam PC version?
Please fix this. Steam isn’t link able. That has been an issue since it launched on different platforms so no luck there. The last time I had a debilitating issue like this I lost 10 log in bonuses. I’m on day 80 and I get a hulk card in 4 days. This makes me very upset and I bet I am just going to loose my log in accumulated bonus without compensation. I have spent money once (5$). Not alot but I am a paying customer and I play this at least 3 hours daily. I hope they do us right when they decided to fix this but given their past track record I doubt it. My day is all messed up now. I get up and have coffee and a cigarette and play puzzle quest. GRRRRRR…

Same problem as all persons here. But, In announcement section, you inform of the trouble since yesterday. I do the upgrade today. Why did you not inform the gamers by the game?
How can the game goes on for people as we? We are not equal with the other gamers. It’s a shame.
My access returned for about an hour just after the latest round of Hulk events closed tonight. Played about two more matches…got within 1,000 points of having 70k for the Punisher card and lost connection again. Now the dreaded “Check Internet Connection” wheel is back on all devices. Frustrating!
I also have not been able to access the game on an iphone4, hopefully there will be compensation so that my daily rewards timer does not reset, I was so close to getting my first loki cover!
Daily supply should not be an issue, since you don’t lose progress. But for people trying to maintain their Hulk rankings, or get progression rewards before time runs out, this is baaaaaaaad.
I’m in the same boat.
