Ive been getting a few Ragnarok covers and I’m guessing I should get rid of my BagMan (no offense). I’ve been wanting to create a spider/venom team but I don’t know who’s better 3* Spider or 2* BagMan.

Bagman’s not the best at what he does. And what he does isn’t very good. Feel free to sell bagman for any reason whatsoever, including spite
On the other hand, ragman aint so hot either. At best, he’s mediocre, and I can’t say I’d really recommend spending any ISO on him
Rag at least sees some use in lightning rounds, Krakadoom, Bad is Good, and some PVE events. Rag isn’t the best 3* but he’s far more versatile than bagman so yes you can safely ditch the Bagman.

To tank, You have to win the fight first, using Your tank team. When I tank, I go with lvl15 Bullseye (helps me survive the fight) and lvl1 MWidow 2/5 (AP steal, stun) or MStorm lvl50 (people will attack this team anyway). I don’t want the fight to last ages.
I find a fully cover lvl1 hawkeye, fully cover lvl 6 Wolverine and whatever the feature hero the best tank team.
I guess it just depends on the low end of Your roster 
I just wanted to point that Bagman in tank team means longer fight to put this tank team on.
Bag-Man is great for PVE to grind CD missions while simultaneously keeping level scaling in check. I actually use him quite often in comparison to Rags.
They’re both quite useless, but Rags is a 3* so he should be required and/or buffed more often. You won’t regret keeping him and and having him decently covered.
Rags is definitely at the lower end of the 3 * characters but he can be fun to play. I enjoy running him with Thor. Save up 12 Red and 12 Yellow and you can turn most of the board green! I haven’t ever tried using Bagman, so I can’t say whether there is any fun there.
Sell them both, rag is the BagMan of 3* lol
