Yeah, after having Carol boosted this week, I’m finding myself less inclined to want to give her the next HP level up…

But my point absolutely stands for Riri. I can understand having it lower, but it shouldn’t be that low.
And I absolutely agree with the comment on her red. It does more damage than Peggy Carter’s.

Although, try putting Red Hulk in your “characters with powerful abilities get lower HP” theory, and see what happens
