after playing for almost year.
Recently, i dont see significant differance between vigilance & defender ability.
so, i wonder that do we need to have both “WORDS” in this game?
making cards only defender or vigilance will affect
cards that are used with others that have the reach
ability.

The only real difference is the order when played. Defender is always in the first spot, for example. Otherwise they are identical
