anyone else having freezing issues. I also cannot create a ticket. I have now been frozen out of trial of the plains green and lost entry fee. And. CAnt raise ticket to. Complain @brigby. Can you help?

I haven’t had this issue, but I was locked out for a while. Have you tried clearing the app data or uninstalling and reinstalling the app? It works for a lot of issues
I have doena complete reinstall and aame issue
I can’t open packs. Bought Karn but can’t level him, both those things time out. Can occasionally play a match but that times out repeatedly too. Have uninstalled/reinstalled a couple times once clearing the cache before installing again. Still the same issue.
Haven’t had these sometimes it just takes a while to load stuff up
For across ixalan is locked. Purchased entry cost but cannot choose a pw.
Also the free booster are very slow. Take a lot of retry to purchase.
And matchmaking is very slow on every event. Everything outside of matches is very remote. Feels like watching netflix with GPRS-Speed.
As of this moment, for me:
Game ate my pink gems.
Game ate 5000ish rubes trying to Level Angrath.
Cannot claim my free pack. At all.
General slow load times.
Are all of you on iOS by any chance?

After the latest patch I can’t even play the game. The game goes through the loading screen where it shows that it loads all the assets, checks for version, logs me in etc. but then when it gets to the default menu with all the news - the loading circle just spins indefinitely. I can’t access any menu or do anything.
Resetting the phone or the app doesn’t work. Everything was working perfectly before the update. I am on ios.
I also tried creating a support ticket on the regular website but when I hit submit it says it encountered problems and can’t submit it. I tried resetting the captcha, reloading the page and resubmitting the ticket numerous times, it doesn’t work. So I’m basically forced to write here. I’m wondering how many people are in the same situation but are just cut out from even letting you know about the issue.

Lost some matches through laggy server response (or what else). And missed some free booster today (same reason?)
Did you switch your server to another server farm or another cloud? Or is it fixable through a minor update?
Now it’s okay, can even claim free booster, but in prime time it’s nearly unplayable slow.
Please switch back, update app or extend server resources. What ever help!
Hi Everyone. I just received word that the team was able to work their engineering magic and these server issues should be normalized now. Could everyone try restarting their application please and seeing if that helped?

Most issues resolved, but I cannot join Race to Orazca. I submitted a ticket, which they should hopefully get to some time after the event ends.
EDIT: Managed to join RtO by leaving my current coalition and creating a new one.
I can get past the splash screen but the main screen wont load. Running android.

My game was working fine until the game froze on the green node of Rot. Now I can’t get past the spinning wheel even after a reinstall. Android for me
