im playing mpq for mor than a year already …
since last week i´ve been having troubles with facebook login:
“sorry, the game can’t connect to facebook” or something like that, so … I uninstalled the game and downlload it again, but the save wasn’t aviable.
How can i get back my game save?
(i connected to facebook and google account, but nothing hapened)

During a year, did you ever save a backup?
yes, i actually have low internal memory (celphone), so i reinstalled the game a lot of times before this one and never had any issue.
the other thing is that i first saw my old game screen and then the tutorial started.
If you haven’t saved that fresh save, you can get your old stats back through customer service. You maybe can even if you don’t just state your nickname in game and send ticket to them via support.

one last question:
i recived a mail that says to bring some info (user name and sort) … do i need to respond the mail or send another ticket?
Respond to mail there is a section where it reads something like “place your response here”. Good luck!
