My ign is Roland. Wild playing today I had to restart the game and it brought me to the screen that asked me if I want to train or login with Facebook and I login with Facebook but it won’t let me access my player.
What is the issue here I really don’t want to have lost a Year’s worth of playing
I have this problems too. Played all day long, but battery charged out. After few hours, when I tried to log in, it says “Error. Something went wrong”. Sad.
Currently, I get is an error (“Something went wrong”), if I retry it still doesn’t work, if I cancel, then reboot, same result. I’ve tried clearing my cache, clearing my data, reinstalling, same result. I also tried on other devices, same result, even if I don’t connect to my current account with FB (fresh install).
Doesn’t seem like a device issue, looks like some kind of bug or server issue. I sent a support request. I want to see if it’s happening to others.
It looks like several ppl out there are having the same issue i am having regarding the game freezing up around 1pm (EST) today. When i restarted the game it required me to go through the tutorial like i hadn’t played before. when i completed it (i was able to use my referral code and it validated it…so my account EXISTS!); however, i cannot log into it. When i try it says
“ERROR-Unable to connect to FB. Your password has changed or the application is not authorized on this account. Press cancel and log in again”
At one point (while attempting to log into FB) it said that another account already exists on FB would you like to swap?. i said yes and that’s when i get the above error…I JUST STARTED PLAYING 5days ago, BUT STILL I -LIKE EVERYONE ELSE-WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK!
