I put in a ticket a few days ago, the day Sorin was available to buy with crystals, so I went to buy him, and when I did the server connection started to give me errors, so I force closed, loaded it back up, went in, and then was able to purchase Sorin with my crystals. After I purchased him I noticed that I had no crystals left. When I started I had a little over 1200, but after purchasing him I only had a couple left.
What I think happened is the server logged the sale, took my crystals, but the connection crashed before I actually was able to receive the PW. I put in a ticket right after this happened with a date and time that it happened, but I haven’t heard anything from support yet.
Don’t worry if they did not reply yet, support is not open during weekend.
Monday you will get contacted probably.
The whole procedure is a little long, they’ll ask UID, various details etc…
They should be able to help don’t worry, it will just take a little time.
I had the same thing happen to me on Thursday, also with ~1200 crystals (maybe we related?).
Support got back to me asking for “what I was experiencing” and for when it occurred, which I supplied, and then on Friday replied with:
Your ticket has been escalated for review. We are currently addressing your issue and will contact you as soon as we can with the appropriate resolution.
