Playing tonight and game crashed. Reloaded game, and got an error message “save file corrupted”. Prompted.to do tutorial, went through it (this needs to be adressed, there NEEDS to be a skip option there) and tried to load through backup on Facebook and…nothing.
Contacted c.s. regarding the issue, hope it can be resolved. This is the second time this has happened. I clear cache daily, close other apps before playing, don’t have a rooted device. I don’t understand the constant crashes. Suggest another way to back up game, maybe direct save onto device and Facebook as an extra, don’t know.
I have a similar problem. Played by Steam. Support does not help …
