I’ve noticed recently that I’m not seeing chat messages from my fellow alliance members unless I quite the iOS app and reload it. If I’m playing and a new message comes in, I’ll see it. But if the app is in the background and I come back to it, messages will be missing until I quit.
I don’t see this bug being reported elsewhere, so I’m posting it. Let me know if you need any more debugging information.
Have you updated the app on iOS yet? There was a new release recently and if you don’t update, losing alliance chat is a common issue.

I run into this all the time, I am on the latest version for both iOS and the game and periodically I won’t see messages for a long time. It has really messed me up a couple of times as we have some players not on LINE and they are trying to get a hold of me. Frustrating
