Modern Hawkeye Blue power unavailable with Red Power ready

Hello,

I play Hawkeye (Modern) 5/5/3 and I have an issue : when i have 10 Blue in stock , no problem for using the blue power but when I have 10 blue and 10 red in stock - so Blue and Red power available - , I can’t use the blue power untill red power is unavailable (or red stock under 10). That’s weird and it blocked me many times for strategy while playing

Does anybody this issue too ?

Was this after using Iron Man Model 40’s Recharge? There’s a known issue where the ability will do exactly this which is slated to be fixed very soon.
