Hi everyone,

This game is easily one of my favourite “Match-3” games.

What sets this game apart from the rest are the characters. They are a worthwhile collection that provides different sets of skills that doesn’t just do damage but also non-combat and passive abilities that fits the character background quite well.

Though “Marvel champion” got 3D figures, but due to its lack of skill variety other than for fighting is not attractive for me to collect. Also I prefer the art in MPQ even though it’s just 2D.

Been wanting to put together videos showing each character abilities for anyone interested to see if it’s worth it for new comers or people who don’t use other characters much to see for fun what they’re capable of.i

Suggestions for MPQ:
some animations could use of changes like
Iron Man 40 balistic missiles should show missiles popping out of shoulder pads and not the palm where beams normally is shown to shoot out from.

Just uploaded The Master of Magnetism and Ms Marvel.
will bold the names of newly uploaded characters. Will only make new posts after uploading maybe 3 characters to avoid too much reposting.
First time I saw Ms Marvel is when Rogue in the TAS absorbed her powers permanently. Never knew who she was till I watched the Variant Comics explaining her origins.
This magneto wearing white is also unfamiliar to me, can anyone point out when he was first appeared?

Thanks to PvE events, I get to use a fully upgraded Coulson in order to
try out all he’s powers and upload it earlier. My Coulson only had lvl 2 “Best Laid Plans”
Love he’s character, lot’s of passive skills to gain AP, do extra damage and speed up countdowns.

Great passive attack & defense, also Blue turns the tide many times.
The Eye of ‘Arginomoto’… is amazing against invisible traps but sadly it effects only two.
There’s only one trap it can’t remove, can you guess who’s trap?

Ares (Dark Avengers)

Cyclops (Uncanny X-Men) ‘Power House’
I think he’ll do well with Dr Doom (change blue to black) & Captain Marvel (passive red & black recharge)

She Hulk (Modern)

rarely used but when combine with Ms Marvel’s create team AP
Magneto’s red can be deadly. (shown in the video)

And after casting red, future red AP can be used by others until the board is filled with Team tiles again.

Elektra (Assassin)
My first Elektra, haven’t even tried the original.
Could be useful when used with our next candidate because she creates enemy tiles
whom…

Squirrel Girl (Unbeatable)
Nuts from above takes advantage to the extra enemy tiles Elektra makes.
Squirrel Power, better then expected.

The new X-Men event is out
along with the new Rogue ****

looks simple enough with lots of high damage inflicting powers.

what surprised me however is the old Xavier
i lost both Rogue & Cyclops with him left. The enemy is still full health with lots of protection tiles.

i soon realised that Xavier can’t get hurt while invisible.

I used the team AP skill to trigger Xavier passive create attack tiles. Then use his other passive skill to improve it till enough damage to overcome all the protection tiles and beat all three of them one by one.

this can be watched here, I cut out all the thinking time.

MPQ 4th? anniversary:
Apocalypse (boss fight)
He’s the first mutant and first boss NPC I’ve decided to upload

Contents:

  • Showing his powers and rules if any
  • A normal fight (minus lots of simple matches)
  • Killing him before the Horsemen

PS: The Hulk is up too, what happens when he’s fully charged with Green???

Deadpools red power can kill. If there are strikes out hell go above his % threshold. Infact it can become very strong for only 6 ap. Also prof x can be hurt with aoe attacks, same as all invis dudes. It wasnt this way a few months ago. Cpu controlled IW was a pain in the ass if you coukdnt match her tiles :confused:

True but it’s fun to see what happens with no strikes and we use Deadpool’s red on em. :slight_smile:

btw, what’s an AOE?

Oh it stands for area of effect, it basically refers to any skill which cam hit all enemies like whales for instance. Is the only way to hurt invisible characters
