Color BundlesFor those that want to Meld the power of both Black and Blue cards into their decks, in order to Emerge victorious, we’ll be adding both the M19 Blue and Black Color Bundles into the Vault. They will both be available between 10/29/18 and 11/6/18.

Booster PacksEmbrace the horror-themed plane of Innistrad with Shadows over Innistrad Booster Packs available throughout the entire Halloween celebration from 10/25/18 to 11/06/18.

Fun. Thank you.

gonna have to cast a boatload of zombies :zombie::zombie::zombie:

Sweet!

Colored bundles and only M19 at that. One would have guessed creature special packs like vampires werewolves, horrors, spirits, demons, zombies, wizards and witches etc from all sets. Maybe increased rewards from all events for a week? Or a sale on the PWs?

Maybe throw in the guaranteed rares and mythics packs like ZvsE, now that they are a thing. As one of my friends suggested.

What I see is developers just dusting up a 2 years old event for another run and calling it a Halloween “celebration”.

Will shadows over innistrad be just simply available in the vault or will we get extra boosters from that set during events? The former doesn’t make as much sense for a celebration.

Other people want the holiday events, if you don’t unless they are updated then that’s fine, this isn’t for you, feel free to not play it. The devs are busy fixing bugs and getting Ravnica ready, so a small detour to get this out of the basement is great but we don’t want them spending too much time on it till next year maybe!

And everyone keeps saying to not have content done to death, to dig up any of the rarer older stuff, so surely 2 years is a big enough break for you to be happy we aren’t playing it too often?

Overall this is more good than bad and will make more people happy than not and is a Good decision.

Great that you have brought this back.

I can’t remember much about the old event so I will most likely treat it as a new event.

I’m really looking forward to this, this will be my first opportunity to play the Halloween Event. I really like that it will be repeated.
I’ve been enjoying the legacy kick, and revisiting old sets and old favourites.

Err… thank you for giving me the permission to not play it?
Apologies for expecting more and giving suggestions for the game that I have been dedicated too.

Guess I should just wait to find out the next batch of bugs that the devs have been busy working on instead

I’m really happy they brought out this 'ol event for another playthrough, but some additional content would be nice. Doesn’t have to be a lot of new content, but just the cherry on top.

For older players who’ve played through this event already, it’s like:

Sorry if it sounded that way, I’m not trying to give permission, more wanting to encourage a change of attitude in lots of us!

Instead of there being someone complaining about every single thing (Because between us all we hate and love everything!) I’d love it if a lot of people could go, “Meh, I don’t care about that!” and just ignore it instead of complaining… Save up our EXTREME OUTRAGE! For the important stuff (like the Decree of the Sphinx right now!).

More posts from people like “Well, I’m not interested in this because of blah, but I have seen the other people asking for it, so great!” would up the mood of the forums right now greatly.

I barely remember this event, so I am interested to be reminded.

That being said, don’t forget that the Duel deck event is this weekend, so get your “treats” while you can in case the “trick” is that the Halloween event isn’t your “bag, baby..”.

(Yes, I referenced Austin Powers, I’m not ashamed.. B) )

TOKENS DONT COUNT??? :# :s

Wow. Thats what i call a challenge.

And by the time you realise that you can’t change your planes walker anymore… :frowning:

Yeah why can’t you chaneg? would be more fun!

“Choose your most powerful Planeswalker and battle for supremacy in the brutal Enraged Matches.”

Oh, btw, the text on the loading screen mentions they are Enraged Matches, but no, they are not.

@Brigby are the devs aware that when this event first run Tokens counted for the objectives? It is absolutely absurd to expect us to cast 13 creatures from hand in a match. Please either reduce the numbers (how about 4 and 7?) or let tokens count (not sure if its possible to code that for a specific event, but if you can it would work to)

Please, fix this and the bracket size.

To be honest I’ve given up on the bracket size thing. It has been broken ever since Oktagon took over, and they just don’t seem to care. Its getting sad that I expect that every single event being run will be some form of unplayable, and I am rarely wrong
