Love the mid week coalition event. My weekdays are way more open than weekends! Also, you guys really should have updated the HoD Elspeth event earlier so that people could have bought her while in the vault last week. Some angry folks will show.

Brigby Hour of Devastation - Elspeth starting on July 6th are you going to make her available in the vault for the new players

Again, the perfect event for during the week is during the weekend, and the week will be a grind. That’s just my opinion, still.. Meh.

But way more important: an event with a required planeswalker that is not available in the vault? Really? That’s pointless.

@Brigby this is a big problem - Elspeth really ought to be in the vault before this event goes live. It effectively removes the ability for players without her to have a chance at top slots for the individual leaderboard, and demands a high level of play to hit progression goals. This hurts progression (that is to say, earning new cards and moving up in effectiveness) for the less-hardcore crowd (e.g. players in silver and bronze). Can you please raise this issue with Oktagon ASAP?

This has to be an oversight, as it seems like a big miss from the business aspect of this game… why would you ever put something out that requires a purchased element (in this case a PW for crystals), then not offer that element for sale? At the very least it would get people to use their crystals, especially on an item that has been declining in value with newer substitutes…

I’m one of those personally affected, so figured I’d post here just as an actual example, and not a theoretical one.

I’ve been playing about 2 months now, grinding through story mode and just getting around to taking the game very seriously, I’ve made a couple of significant purchases and joined a coalition.

Then I immediately learn that my first coalition event is one I won’t be able to participate in, since I’ve bought several planewalkers, but Elspeth wasn’t one of them.

It makes me feel very ‘meh’ about the coordination of the next level aspects of the game I was previously looking forward to quite a bit.

I’m absolutely against featured PW in colitions events.

I’m quite surprised they didn’t add her to the Vault with her event coming up.

You can still reach full progression in the event without her; though, it is difficult. However, you won’t be able to get very high in terms of personal ranking without her and that severely handicaps any newer players who haven’t had a chance to acquire Elspeth at this point.
