In a match, I had Narset, Parter of Veils on the battlefield. My opponent started the turn with a card drawn then made a match that destroyed two of the supports. The supports state that you draw a card when they’re destroyed and give the cards full mana, however, Narset should have stopped this from happening.
My opponent was able to draw two extra cards and give both full mana despite Narset being in play.

Just to confirm, the opponent had drawn a card initially, destroyed the support gems, and then drew two additional cards for a total of three draws this turn, correct?
Do you recall if the opponent had played any other Supports, Creatures, or spells during the turn when you encountered this issue?
This is correct. My opponent drew a card at the start of turn, then made a match that destroyed the support gems and drew two additional cards while I had Narset in play, Narset’s gem was not destroyed during this match. I can’t say I recall any other creatures in play other than Djinn of Wishes
I’ve never thought about it before but do djinn wish’s popping behave like Fetched cards rather than drawn?
cant remember if they always trigger other creature/support on draw effects
the description does say draw a card however.
