Struggling what to buy. Here are my options:
Powered up 10 pk
Gamma bomb 10 pk
Two avengers 5pks
I need all of the 3star spider man; green and purple widow(grey); 1green wolverine (astonishing); my cap is fully built and I have one of each punisher. I am leaning towards the avengers pack. Is there a better option?
My gamma bomb 10x got me 3 hulks, 3 spideys, two wolvies, and a cap.

That’s an incredibly lucky pull. Discounting the guaranteed Hulk, it’s five 3* on nine tokens.
I’m aware. I’ve always has sick token luck though. I had a 4/3 rags during the first dark avengers event just from cover pulls
If it were me, I’d strongly lean towards the Powered Up 10-pack. Better chance of getting Spider Man, who is easily the best character available, the one most likely to make a difference for you going forward, and the most useful long-term.
I might consider a double Avengers 5-pack if you also need Model 40, who’s quite useful in combination with many 2*, and is still viable as you start building out your 3* teams.
Whatever you do, you should post the results of what you got so that we can put it into the spreadsheet!
Ended up going with the avengers pack. Really wanted a Spider-Man, ended up with
Hulk - green
Thor - gr&yellow
Hawkeye -blue
Cap- yellow
Only needed hulk and one yellow for my 2ndthor. Cost of pack keeps waffling between 1900 and 2000 when I close and reopen app. I bought at 1900
Well if you need only spiderman why not to level his powers for 1250 HP each? Unless, of course, you don’t have any covers to begin with 
Since I needed at least one of each widow cover( grey & original) I went in on the widow 10 PKU for 450. Pulled 4 original and 6 1-stars.
Save your HP and just find the cover you already own you want to increase. Much better use of the HP.
