I thought when these went from 5 perks to 3 that they were supposed to have stronger perks?
If you’re going to attempt to break supports by releasing some with 3 stronger perks and doing nothing to update the existing supports with 5 perks, the least you could do is be consistent about it.
Quinjet deals 297 damage to Dark Avengers
Hydra Henchmen deals 308 damage to Avengers
Korgs deal 260 damage to villians.
Wong has 45% chance to remove special tile when a friendly power is fired.
Since the introduction of Supports with only 3 perks, they fare a lot worser than older supports when it comes to removing enemy special tiles when a friendly power is fired. 19% at level 250 is really low. Logically it should be at least 60% at level 250.
Perk 3 sees an increase compared to older supports’.
Perk 5 seems to be an improvement since it gives a guaranteed chance of stealing an ap.
Loki’s doesn’t seems to be good and pretty much insignificant for competitive players.
I think the last 10 times I actually got a support token it was a duplicate token , such a shame as it’s a good part to the game but it’s just badly implemented
so please, as part of the 10th anniversary make these supports more obtainable!!!
Well, at least the synergy perk on this one doesn’t quite feel as much like it is completing a character. While the damage on the trap tile is nice, it doesn’t feel quite as essential as some previous character specific supports were.
Getting bored of all these supports being built for one character. Absolutely zero interest in a support for a brand new 5* that wont be fully covered for at least a year.
Has anyone spent 250CP on a 4* cover, Support tokens, and 5000 Riso? I’m genuinely curious.
Edit: I have spent 250 CP on a 5cover, specifically Hawkeye to complete him prior to feeders. It seemed like a bargain vs 720 CP. I don’t consider there to be a universal right or wrong way to use CP. It might be better in some cases to get a 4 or 5 rank Support vs (probably) a bunch of 4 covers which do nothing besides give some more iso/CP/HP as champ rewards.
I did. I’m fully aware of what I’m losing out: 10 LT or 12 Classic Tokens.
As a non-competitive player, I’m not in the camp where I determine how good a character’s ability is based on criteria like damage per ap, nor am I following the “right” way to use CP. I play MPQ because I like Marvel characters and I think this game looks fun.
Sure, the only “right” way to use CP, per veterans, is to open LT or Classic tokens. The “wrong” way is to spend it on buying 4* covers bundled with support tokens, or use it to buy 3* or 4* power at 20CP or 120CP respectively in the past, or even 5* covers in HfH.
So, I going to get called stupid for buying support bundle with 250CP, but I’m having fun. I’m not in a rush to complete everything.
I spent CP on the 5* Thanos deal, I think that might have been 500 CP. It was all about the cover and 0 about the supports and RISO which I loath at the core of my very being…
The whales must be chasing the supports, otherwise why keep making them? I have never seen a game put so much effort into something the majority of players cannot obtain and, by extension, find uninteresting.
The worst part is how this continues the concept of making a character on release weaker so that the devs can make an unobtainable support to finish them off.
I thought (one of) the point of Supports was that you could mix and match who used them?
Hard to do that when a specific perk is only usable on one specific character out of the 100+ that exist in game…
