Anyone else make it to Platinum level and sign up for the event and only get put in the Gold Level?

I made sure to level up to Platinum before joining and It says I will be put into a gold tier. What gives?

Ok I see after joining the event is only for White Blue and Green PWs. I leveled up my Red one to Platinum. I wish I new that before joining I would have leveled up my green PW too. He was close to Platinum.

What color are you platinum in? The event only has 3 colors.

My understanding is, you have to be platinum in one of those colors to be platinum in the event.

Either that, or they thought “there’s no way anyone will actually make it to platinum, right?”
