I looked at my screenshots and I figured out the screw up. It’s a typo. With these lighting deals for hp, the cost is either 200 or 400 hp. 200 is for what we all got today, 10 elite tokens. If we were gonna get the elites and vault tokens, it would’ve cost 400. Keeping my fingers crossed that they gift em to us for still being here. I’d really like to pull that 3a4 torch.
This is what I was thinking as well. Plus the image only shows the 10 elite tokens. Usually it would also show the 2 gold vault tokens in the image when they are included.

How do we create the ticket?
Go ingame menu, tap help (big yellow), you get redirected to a webpage, scroll down to the bottom, hit contact us and fill out the form, you can even add a pic of the deal as attachment

Yeah but the original wording when people bought it was additional ff tokens.
So when we bought it we are entitled to what the deal was.

Adding on to this … text says whatever someone entered. What is actually in the databse is reflected by the icons and numbers. No tokens displayed, no tokens will be delivered.
Yes. The original deal wasn’t supposed to have the tokens in there, but we’ll honor the incorrect text and CS will be sending 2 F4 vault tokens so that we can be purehearted upstanding pop-tarts.
We aren’t doing analogies similarities, comparisons on this forum anymore. This sent me over the edge last time and ended with me hating every single one of you.

I got the tokens. They have it listed wrong again. Tokens say for f4 vault but they were for anniversary vault? I forget but scroll down they are just post event.
