I completed the last two sub events and now want to start some new ones but there aren’t any new ones. I only have “Osborn’s New Scheme” and “A New Ally”. “A New Ally” states that I have 0/1 reward earned but I completed it a long time ago. I tried to replay it but it states that I couldn’t connect. I am having no problems connecting on any other event. I am concerned because I just saw my top 200 rating drop to 312 and there is nothing I can do about it. Is this happening to anyone else?
Did you do the new ally when it was bugged and unlocked early?
Should still be no problem if support fixes it for you before the end tho, every sub i never touched till 2 hours before ending.
Each bp node gave like 3.5k, so will still finish within top 1000.

Have you tried closing and restarting the game?
Apparently I did. I didn’t realize that it was early though. I did send in a ticket but I haven’t had much luck in the past with quick responses.
yep. I even rebooted my phone. I was tempted to uninstall/reinstall the app but I don’t want to lose my data.
Sync it to facebook, it allows you to transfer saves to other phones, so technically, it also allows reinstall-resync.
Only 1 save to 1 fb account at a time tho, can’t comment on bugs but customer service has been prompt.
So far 1 working day n they’ve replied, even on the request that wasn’t their fault.
(Bought iso half a week b4 iso sale weekend, they gave me double the amount after i brought up I didn’t notice the sale in time.)
