Once again, ZERO COMM from developers, Sokun or anyone else, the game is in ripples, Alliances are falling apart, and players are fleeing all over
If… we could get some info about something, some news, “we are working on this or that”
But, the lack of info/comm is amazing, I have decided to wait until next Season, thats it.

Although I completely understand your sentiment and frustration, your point is not entirely accurate. They DO have comms. Just in awkward and not efficient ways:

On Discord in the past three days:
we learn that the compensation window has been extended for another week to include those that still have trouble logging in
a handful of people are sharing their individual ticket number on a daily basis, and S0kun is trying to get them resolved
we get confirmation that the retro rewards are the same for a 3a4 as for a 3a5, and that it’s flagged for review for future releases
I don’t keep up with Reddit…
In other words, there ARE comms from the Devs. But you have to search for it and it’s not through official posts. That said, I sincerely appreciate your frustration and don’t blame you for taking a break!

You know, the other day I was at a bank and the ATM broke and they were similarly polite to me!
Let me tell you all about it…
Considering that one of the last times they communicated it was to lambast the community for a bug they created its probably better they stay quiet and just fix things. Of which there are plenty of things to fix.
