Have nodes stopped turning green when you’ve gotten all the rewards?
In the latest PvE have 6/6 on a few nodes and they are still yellow spinning arrow symbol.
Did you expect a patch doing virtually nothing to come without new bugs?

It doesn’t turn green because you’re never done grinding a node…the devs just “fixed” it to match addicts play style.
