One of my creatures was disabled by opponent’s Hixus and I exiled it using Teferi’s 3rd ability. After Hixus vanished away my creature remained disabled until the end of the game.
This is maybe completly normal since Hixus is exiled and not destroyed, but something should probably be changed in the way Hixus is worded and works
Yeah, Hixus is the only disable in this game without a well-defined endpoint. It’s not a bug, but now that there’s ways to get rid of supports without destroying them (River’s Rebuke is another, sometimes) Hixus could use some tweaking.
I encountered this yesterday during training grounds. Hixus is removed from the board by Teferi’s third ability, but my creatures remained disable. Had to remove them and put them back on the board for the disable to clear.
This will end up being exploited if it is not fixed.
Again, I’m not positive that this is an issue. As the card is written it is functioning correctly.
Whether or not it should be functioning like that is a different debate that should be on the General Forum (Tombstone has enough on his plate dealing with all of the other bugs here)
