Phoenix From Ashes in Wave

So during Civil War, Phoenix was in the first round of a wave.
I killed her last and she dropped her From Ashes countdown tile.

The tile did not disappear after the wave ended even though she was the last one killed. When the countdown tile went off, it restored the health of the enemy that was on the front line of the new wave of enemies.

Is this supposed to happen?

I saw that as well. It’s definitely a bug. The countdown went off, but she didn’t reappear. If she dies in a wave, then she should be permanently gone. The tile should not be created.
