Has anyone championed Punisher since MAX came out? Does 3* Punisher still lead to Elektra?
Yes, he does still give elektra, it would be mighty unfair to the many who have passed the first cover to change it midway.
Not really, they knew the reward and they were compensated for it with the cover that was promised. Besides there are MUCH more people who have not even achieved that first 4* punisher reward and they are the ones who need it and progress at a normal rate…
I’m positive that if D3 /ever/ decides to mess with those rewards, they will wait until there are at least 40 4s (ok, 42, since the “trophy” 4s won’t be ever added) so they can make sure of assigning them 1-to-1. Otherwise, they’d have to do it over and over as new characters appear.
