Purchased VIP but haven't received it (day 3 now)

I renewed my VIP. I play on android, so the payment processed through google play. I hit “back” on my phone, and Puzzle Quest did the “payment failed” message even though the payment has processed. What do I do?

Hi @walkerdog For any issues relating specifically to purchases, you’ll want to contact our Customer Support team, as they will be able to assist you with crediting you any missing items.

You can either submit a support ticket from the Help menu under Settings, or email them at support@d3go.com
