Placement rewards are Kingpin, Daredevil and Bullseye… definite theme going on there.

Anyone have guesses on the next PVE based on that list? Only PVE I can think of that has Daredevil essential to the story is Hearts of Darkness and that just ran at the beginning of December, so it can’t be that.

It’s mixing heroes and villains. That limits the options to Simulator, Gauntlet and Deadpool vs MPQ. Next event might be a new character release, so Gauntlet is unlikely. Flip a coin to decide it if is Simulator or Deadpool…

Deadpool is a 4 day event, and I think the world will end if we get a new PVE starting on Tuesday.

So it’ll be simulator, ending conveniently at the same time as season, cause we all LOVE the choice between an alliance cover or an alliance LT.

True dat I suppose. I do my darndest to get the XP from every single node so reaching progression is not a problem for me, but for those with different habits I can see why it would be an issue.

Is it standard that in CL8 you need top50 to get HP reward in subevents? Last event it was top100.

Yes, it’s always t50 in sub get HP unless it’s a 48hr sub. Then t100 gets some HP as well. There was a 48hr sub last event, so you may be confusing with that.

If nothing else, the X-Force duo of Deadpool and Wolverine will be saving a lot of health packs. I went through the entire first four clears without using one; the only time I had to switch out was for the 2-star, where 2-star Wolverine was required. Iron Fist was my third for several reasons:

Strike tile
Black generation for Surgical Strike, if needed
All 3 of his colors were tanked by the other two.

The only damage he took was when one of the nodes crashed on me as soon as I entered.

I was about to complain because I can’t use Bullseye in many nodes now, because I have to fight him.

Then I combined Colossus, IM40, and KK.

IM40 for AP battery, decent blue aoe, and powerful red
Colossus for decent red aoe, depending on situation, and to throw KK to use either of her awesome abilities
And KK for…well, her awesome purple and green abilities

I was trying to Hulk-bomb Russia VII and three straight times i used Patch’s green, just to have Juggernaut follow it up with his green to wipe out all of my strike tiles and NONE of his. I know it’s been said may times, many ways, but tinykitty Juggernaut…

While I sympathize with your luck, isn’t that basically the exact best outcome for a Hulkbomb? If it’s killing your Hulk, you might need to tone down Patch’s green a couple levels (assuming he’s championed ofc) but eating multiple hits with lots of opposing strikes is the whole goal of a Hulkbomb. You might also consider bringing Doom or Loki to mitigate this specific situation somewhat if it’s an issue.
