It’s actually not too bad (compared to the past).

While Nova’s not really a “new” character as compared to the other three, he’s still under-covered on my roster as well…so I’m right there along with you. I noticed the lack of boosted four star characters on the first three pages of my roster in the event, and that’s never a good thing. My two highest chars in this event are Vision and Cap, and they both have the exact same color scheme.

shrug It is what it is, though. Not all events can have Jean Grey boosted…though that would be sweet!

I just realized that the Sniper’s ability is a passive one. I set up my usual goon-killer team of Dr Strange, Iron Fist and Daken for one of the runs, but Strange’s ability didn’t fire off when the Sniper’s countdown tile appeared. Since the Deadly Shot costs 0 AP, I guess it’s a passive ability. No harm, as they all died quickly, but it’s good to know for future fights when they’re LVL 300+…

I dont know, I eat more health packs fighting Ares, Bullseye and Daken than Symbiotes. Endless fights with the same Dark Avengers is truly getting boring now.

One bad cascade and you eat all three of Ares’ powers in one turn.

And then a Chemical Reaction for good measure.

I LOVED this event when it first ran. I think it was because I’m such a Hulk fanboy (Peter David era), and it was awesome working towards unlocking the big guy with everybody else who was playing.

Now, though…it’s the absolute worst and shows such a lack of creativity in mission design that it’s actually quite depressing. The West Sahara essentials, for example; the 3* and 4* nodes are EXACTLY the same. At least put a bit of effort in, anyone can copy/paste.

I’m crawling towards that Moon Knight cover. Absolutely crawling.

What Clyde said. And like I said earlier, the boosted list isn’t so hot for those of us who haven’t gotten decent coverage on the new-ish 4s. I know Nova isn’t new-new, but the rest of the 4s boosted this week are 7 covers or fewer for me, and my 3/4/3 Nova doesn’t really have his damage-dealing powers ramped up yet even after I ISO maxed him. I’m definitely eating health packs at a much faster rate now than I was in Venom Bomb. I’ve been whittled down to 2 remaining most every day so far, whereas with VB, I would use maybe 3 health packs total.

I’d rather fight symbiotes than these DAs over and over. The board always feels like it’s littered in green when Daken is around, and Rags, Ares, and Moonstone have so much health when they scale up that it’s ridiculous.

The symbiote horrors and carriers can get out of control pretty fast if you don’t have a means of controlling them, but at least I can use some semblance of strategy against them.

Against these DA punks, if I match purple, I won’t be getting any more match damage through. If I match green, I’m setting up brutal red strikes in places I can’t match them away. But I also don’t want them getting too much green or Ares is going to slice off my face or Rags will blast me for a big AoE hit.

It’ll all be over soon… hopefully the next boosted list isn’t so lackluster.

Juggernaut is a long time troll the dev puts in the game.
When the dev thinks there are too many players playing, they introduce juggernaut to “purge”.

I was coming in to post something very similar, but I see it’s been covered.

Daken’s blue leading to Juggy’s green leading to all sorts of chaos is not fun: he just took out all three of the Recharge tiles in the Vision required node.

The first run through the Vision Node with my Champed Boosted Vision, Champed 3-star Iron Man, and Champed Ice Man ended with three of them down about 8K health. And that was with Daken, Venom, and Juggy all at LVL 142.
