Question about Shield rank :)

I saw all those exp tables of what u should get if u do something, and also heared fom many players that they were awared high shield ranks for rosters they already had when the feature was implemented…

Now I kinda wonder:
I know my roster is not great, but shouldn’t having 40+ heroes and many of them (even the 3stars) with full/half full covers, having finished the prologue and everything and having characted at lvl 100++ award more than rank 5…?

I am honestly at a loss what I did wrong, but after I read the spoiler for the new clearence lvl feature I feel like I somehow got a bit screwed…?

I dont expect to be anythere near 50 or stuff, but maybe around lvl 20 atleast?
I havent played for even a week after coming back and went from rank 5 to rank 10…

PLEASE help me? What did I do wrong?
I wont be stuck at only being able to compete for 2* covers x.x

Does sound a bit odd since level 5 is the minimum level you get. Maybe open a Customer Service ticket and see if they can explain?

How Long have you played?

The grandfathering was done retrospectively so if you only started playing recently, it is possible that you may not hit higher levels of SHield level.

You gain xp from

  • opening heroic tokens and above
  • applying covers to characters
  • champ characters
  • applying champ covers
  • finishing pve nodes
  • buying tokens

So if you only started recently, and if you don’t have many champ 3*, and you are a f2p player, it is possible that your SHIELD level is Low.

But as quebester suggest, it may be good to send in a CS request.

Lemme look up how long Ive played:

I am at day 213 right now
Roster 42/42
Used covers 200++ Covers (mostly 3stars)

I champed only line 4 2stars and one 3star because when I stoped playing this system had not existed lol

I filed a ticket… l am just not sure when someone will do anything about it..
Is there maybe a way to make the system re-check ur shield rank…?
