Not sure which side of this is the bug, but when you with the “basic booster” (i.e., 27-52 ranking or whatever that chunk is), it shows a picture of the 5-card booster pack, but when I go to the Vault to claim it, all that is available is a 3-card booster.
Yeah it shows this picture for a fat pack too. It’s just the picture representing that you earned a pack in qb no matter which one. Confused me too in the beginning.
Well, the pic is inaccurate in both cases then.

This is correct, it happened to me. I’m a new player, and the past event was my first on QB. I could claim only a 3 card booster, not the full one.
Hope you fix this soon.
