Have you force closed MPQ since updating to r346 and then relaunched?
(also, just in case, the 10k Season XP and the 200 Banshee Shards are the compensation, we haven’t sent out anything else to players)

Yes, and I just did it again. I have been holding off on ascending her until the patch, hoping the extras would kick in. I purchased three covers for hiM and have earned four more through progression awards and play. Maybe I’m missing something, how many shards is Emma supposed to yield at 370? I can’t see because they are both maxxed. Edit: yeah, I was expecting the retro awards from the feeders, I did get the 200 that was sent out (thanks for those, by the way 
).
I’m guessing the feeder shards will come later as I didn’t get them either

My green goblin is still at 450.
My 4star iron may is back to max, but my 3star may is still at base level, where she was significantly higher than that before.

Checked in with the team, retro rewards apparently were disabled, as there were some issues. Those retroactive rewards should be switched back on once we can ensure everyone is on r346, like after the force update (sometime by the end of this week).

In that thread, and above in this one, I’ve mentioned we have a secondary fix coming tomorrow for any remaining Green Goblin or Aunt May’s that aren’t fixed.

So I had a 1a5 Spider-Man that was around the 500 level mark. He was then maxed which means I missed out on all the rewards leading up to that. We’re talking 10K+ of HP, etc.
Are you going to provide all the rewards that were skipped as a result? Because if not, that’s an insane decision. Do you have any idea how much was sacrified for that? I’d much rather have the rewards than then nerfed max Spider-Man that I will eventually have in due time.
Please address this.
Did you earn any of those covers that would give those rewards? No? Then you just lost some opportunity to earn those rewards. Not the rewards themselves.
Feel free to ask, but this is the fix they chose for this issue. It’s obviously not the best solution, but I imagine seeking out individual levels of individual characters for those affected would probably have taken them weeks. Hope you get something out of it. Until then, Time to start yet another dupe

- Fixed bug where save data is not forwards compatible (this would affect those stuck on 69% or returned to the tutorial unexpectedly after going from R345 to R344)

Oof, I hope you didn’t hurt yourself bending that far backwards to defend this. What a weird take.
It’s clear they don’t want people benefiting from 1a5 characters because a) they provide the best rewards and b) they’re the easiest to level up. That obviously means less money spent on the game and less attention spent to whatever new shiny character they put out (which lately have been garbage, also apparently by design).
This is another deliberate decision made to weaken 1a5 characters in hopes that people will get desperate enough to move on from them and start spending money.
As far as “missing the opportunity” to get rewards, uh no. I missed the rewards. You’re arguing lame semantics. I obviously earned enough covers to get to a 1a5 character which means it was only a matter of time before I earned the covers to reap the rewards of having that character. That’s the entire point nowadays since the characters have been nerfed to the point where they’re barely usable.
Hearing you defend them stripping away dozens of roster slots is honestly weird. It’s deliberate and lazy.

If you want them to reduce your Spidey back down to level 500, you can try to contact CS.
I’m just trying to put into context why they likely chose this option. It’s not the most ideal situation.
How did you fare on May? Did you have a small 3as5 and got that leveled to 550? Because that value was higher than the rewards itself. That would be some panacea until you get some resolution.
Anyway, good luck on your quest to delevel your Spidey again, and earn those rewards!

If you are being taken to the tutorial, that means you lost access to your original account (likely because you deleted and reinstalled?) and are on a fresh account. Do you have a username there yet? If not, play until you get to chose one and then contact CS to have them reattach your account to your device. They’ll need the old and the new username.
I don’t think this is the case. I struggle to believe the devs are enacting grand nefarious schemes, it’s just a catch-all solution to the de-levelling bug, as @Daiches said. It’s not perfect, but it’s a workable ‘one size fits all’ solution.
Asking CS to de-level your spidey does seem like the most reasonable solution, rather than demanding all the rewards up front. Let us know how you get on

1a5 characters still get a regular boost more than any other tier in the game and whilst Hawkeye is no longer everywhere I still see plenty of them in PvP, so it seems players are still able to use them effectively.
Also I think the Devs can roll back accounts so why not just ask CS if they can return your Spidey to level 500 whatever.

FYI I was able to get into both android and iPad with r346. Both get the download assets error with the first tab of recruit heroes (the one that has all your standard, heroic, legendary tokens, etc)

The download assets error message is by default and a new feature. It’s just consistently there because there are several arts missing on the token page. The intent is so you can click it away instead of freezing your entire game.
