His ability states “costs of historic cards in hand are reduced by 3” only affects creature and supports not spells like Jaya’s immolating inferno.
It seems most or all of the legendary spells don’t count as legendary for some reason. There’s a few threads about this now, hopefully it’ll be an easy fix.
