Raging Cagun pvp 3* or 5*

it looks like both, 3* & 5* gambits are boosted for this pvp. Is this a bug or can u pick which one u want to use? A little clarification would be nice.

if 3* gambit is required it seems plausible that the 5* version is locked out

Saw this discussion and checked the event in game. It does show that 5* Gambit is on the boost list, but when you scroll over to select him, he is locked out. Why even bother having him on the boost list?
