I’ve maximized the powers of my Iron Man: 5 red, 5 yellow and 3 blue.
There is any way to remove 2 yellow powers in order to learn 2 blues?

Not yet no.
It might be possible for support to delevel your IM40 to 3 yellows. I doubt they’d GIVE you covers, but I don’t see why they wouldn’t be okay with taking some away.
If it works, let me know. I want to turn my Spidey from 5 yellow to 5 purple (didn’t know purple became so beast).
Its not possible. I just had an issue where i pulled a red rag from a diabolical token. I already had one red rag on my roster. When I hit train from the rewards screen it took me to the red power screen but only showed it trained to level 1, and now it had a green power trained as well. I am absolutely possitive that both covers were red (I’ve been admiring my red rag occasionally since i pulled it), but instead I ended up with a 1/1. I was obviously disapointed because his red skill is where the money is at. I submited a ticket and an email and this is the response I got.
“Our apologies but we cannot remove levels from cards.”
However they did agree to send me another red rag. So in the end it looks like it will work for me as i basically seem to have gotten a free green out of the situation. Really bizare but I will take it.
This is not intended as a roadmap on how to get a free cover, so don’t you all start trying to scam the developers 
IM35? Yellow is his best ability and blue is his worst, so I dunno why you’d want to.
